What is your favorite sport to watch and your favorite to paticipate in?

I like watching pro football. It's a game I actually understand and can be heard hollering at the TV during games. I am looking forward to watching the Winter Olympic Games. I like the winter games better than the summer ones for some reason. Skiing, bobsledding and ice skating are fun to watch.
As far as the sports I like to participate in it's a tie between skiing and swimming. I lean towards the individual sports rather than team sports.
