Asleep At The Wheel

Avoid Drowsy Driving
Falling asleep while driving can be fatal.
So, the department of health sciences at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, studied which techniques really helped prevent accidents. As reported in the Journal of American College Health, they found stopping for a snack, talking to your passengers and rolling the window down were factors in preventing accidents.
But, more surprising, here's what won't help you stay alert:
taking a walk
drinking something with caffeine in it
stopping for a nap
chewing ice

Guess I was wrong, I thought stopping for a nap was the obvious choice. hmm
